i would have liked to see a rear curtain drag here.
drag= when your flash goes off and then you keep the shutter open on your camera for longer so that it keeps making an exposure.
rear curtain drag= when the flash goes off at the end of the exposure. the frozen part of the image ends up at the end and the blurry part is behind it.
so you have a combo of blurry and a frozen image. understand??

think of a car moving forward. if the flash goes off first and the car continues to move forward then the blurry part of the image goes in front of the sharp part of the car that you made with the flash. if it does off last the blur is behind it.

it would and it wouldn't depending on how long the drag of the shutter would be.
Eh, it's an interesting photo, but you can do better. I think it's just too busy. It's in color but the colors aren't exciting. Maybe try black and white?
